Quantum Quattro's origin is Namibia, where it was first discovered around 2000. It is a rare combination of the minerals shattuckite, dioptase, malachite, and chrysocolla on a base of smoky quartz. A similar mineral combination has since been found in Peru and is sometimes rebranded as Quantum Quattro, though it is a different origin.
