Maligano Jasper originates from Sulawesi, Indonesia, specifically near the village of Maligano, from where it gets its name; it's a relatively new discovery (around 2011-2012) formed in ancient volcanic hot spring systems, known for its distinctive broken-and-healed (brecciated) patterns of warm oranges, reds, and blues with agate veins, resembling natural landscapes like rivers and mountains.
